Level D - Part of IPMA’s 4 Level Certification (4LC)
Working in a competitive environment under tight schedules and even tighter budgets will require project managers to empower themselves with latest tools and techniques. Unlike in the past where the project head was a person that rose from the ranks under the guidance of his seniors, project managers of the future will have to be versatile and innovative having a grasp of both technical and commercial aspects. Experience would of course count but a different set of skills will have to be imparted and continuously upgraded. Preparation for the IPMA Level D test will expose Indian project managers to several aspects of project management, which hitherto remained unnoticed and play an important part in the success and failure of the project undertaken.
The globally recognized IPMA's 4 Level Certification (4LC) scheme is administered only through PMA in India. PMA has tied up with International Project Management Association (IPMA) which is truly the only global organisation based on Member Associations from countries worldwide.
